A classic Imperial Stout in which I used 8 types of malt + oats and 1 type of hops (Simcoe). Basically we wanted to make a beer “lighter” than the rest of the beers we are used to, below 10% ABV.
A thick, oily, pitch black beer came out, in which we wanted to highlight aromas of dark chocolate, milk chocolate and caramel. A beer that will steal you, make it very easy to drink and the alcohol will practically not even feel, but will “hit you.
