Bomm’n Beernd, named after the notorious German bishop that robbed parts of The Netherlands completely empty during the 17th century. This Belgian Tripel is not a tribute to the man himself, but if there should be named a beer Bomm’n Beernd, this is the one! A little more dark then the general tripel, sweet, spicy, slightly alcoholic, but soft. Fruity flavors with minimal coriander and subtle licorice with sweet orange peal in the nose.
